Returns and Exchanges Customer Service We strive to provide the best customer service possible. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to use within 30 days for an exchange or refund of its purchase price. Return Policy We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. When making an exchange, please include a description of the reason for the return/exchange, and we will replace your item at no cost. Please include the packing slip with your return. Customers are responsible for shipping all exchange/return merchandise back to our warehouse. We do not offer return shipping labels, however, we will cover the shipping back to you on an exchange.
